Last orders for Christmas 2022

royal mail

Royal Mail industrial action is currently causing delay and disruption to the delivery of some orders. Although they are prioritising special delivery services, even those are not guaranteed to arrive on time. We have switched to courier services in the meantime, but some of them are also reporting backlogs due to increased demand. We realise how frustrating this is and can only apologise for the inconvenience. Returns can be made with 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or in the event of non-arrival, within two weeks.

Royal Mail has meanwhile brought forward its last posting dates this year due to the ongoing industrial action.

Last posting date for second class mail will be Monday 12 December.

Last posting date for first class mail will be Friday 16 December.

Last posting date for special delivery will be Wednesday 21 December.

We will continue to post parcels to UK addresses until 16 December (standard delivery) and 21 December (special delivery) for all orders completed by 12 noon on the respective dates.

Orders may still be subject to delays due to strike action planned for:

Friday 9 December; Sunday 11 December; Wednesday 12 December; Thursday 15 December; Friday 23 December; Saturday 24 December

We would therefore urge customers to order early and can only apologise for the inconvenience.

We would also like to thank all our wonderful customers for their support over the past year, which has been another challenging one for so many small businesses. We wish you all a very happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
